Your K-12 School is a Special Place to Grow

We Want To Help.

Daily Operations Inc. has performed Facility Equipment Audits for over 50 Central School Districts. In area we have covered over 12,000,000 square feet. We have done work in school buildings over 100 years old and completed data collection on new projects prior to occupancy.

Our auditors a experienced building mechanics, power plant operators, facilities managers, and engineers with at least 20 years of true field experience.

When we collect the equipment data and implement various maintenance optimization programs for schools we request the support of a member of the maintenance department or an operations person dedicated to each building as our guide. This increases the value and accuracy of our data collection by assuring we find every nook and cranny as well as use your particular naming conventions in descriptions. We will also be able to describe the area serviced by the equipment through their experience. A benefit I am especially proud of is the number of times a DailyOps specialist has been able to visit each piece of equipment with a younger in-house person and share operational insight in a learning experience that is very hard to duplicate in a classroom. Time spent as our guide can be a tremendous training benefit.

We have found that an average school district has five buildings, an elementary school, middle school, high school, bus garage, and stadium grandstand. Typically the total area will be around 600,000 square feet. Large districts can cover 1.5 to almost 2 million square feet, although the smaller districts have been most common. We can collect facility equipment data at a rate of 80,000 to 100,000 square feet per day. Our rate is $0.05 per square foot of the gross area per building within 200 miles of Rochester, New York. At greater distances the travel costs will be added.
